Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the Terms) are a public offer. They set out the conditions for using limeshot (the Service): the limeshot.app website and the limeshot app in Telegram. The provider's details are given under «Details» at the bottom of this page. The Russian version of the Terms prevails.

1. Definitions

• User — an individual registered with the Service.
• Generation — an image or video created by a neural network at the User's request, from a preset or in «Create».
• Preset — a ready-made generation scenario with preset settings.
• Credits — the Service's internal units used to pay for generations.
• Materials — files the User uploads and generation results.

2. Acceptance

2.1. By registering, the User confirms they have read and fully accept the Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Payment and Refunds rules.

2.2. The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over.

3. Subject

3.1. The provider gives the User access to the Service: generating images and videos with neural networks, storing uploads and results, and sharing results by link.

3.2. Generations are performed by neural network models, including third-party ones. Results are created automatically and may differ from what the User expects; no particular artistic result is guaranteed.

4. Credits

4.1. Generations are paid for with Credits. The price in Credits is shown before a generation starts and depends on the preset or model and the settings chosen.

4.2. Credits are bought in packages on the terms of the Payment and Refunds page. The provider may grant bonus Credits, e.g. for registration.

4.3. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred to other Users and cannot be exchanged for money except as stated in the payment and refund rules.

4.4. If a generation fails for technical reasons, the Credits charged for it are returned to the balance automatically.

5. User obligations

5.1. The User agrees to:

• upload only materials they have the right to use, and images of other people only with their consent;
• not create or distribute through the Service materials that break the law, including pornographic or extremist content, content promoting violence, misleading content (deepfakes of real people without their consent), or content infringing the rights of others;
• not attempt to bypass the Service's restrictions and safety filters;
• not share access to their account.

5.2. The User is solely responsible for uploaded materials and for how generation results are used.

6. Rights to materials

6.1. Rights to uploaded materials remain with the User (or their owners).

6.2. The User may use their generation results for personal and commercial purposes within the limits of the law and of the model providers' terms.

6.3. The User allows the provider to store and process materials as needed to run the Service. A result shared by link is available to anyone with the link until the User closes access.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. The Service is provided «as is». The provider makes reasonable efforts to keep it running but is not liable for interruptions beyond its control, including failures of model providers.

7.2. The provider may reject a generation that breaks the Terms and may restrict access for breaching them.

8. Changes

The provider may change the Terms. A new version applies from its publication on this page. Continuing to use the Service means accepting it.

9. Disputes

The Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Claims are sent to the e-mail on the Contacts page; the response time is 10 business days.
