Consent to Personal Data Processing
The consent a user gives to personal data processing on registration.
By registering with limeshot (the limeshot.app website and the Telegram app), I freely and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data by the person named under «Details» at the bottom of this page (the Operator) on the following terms. The Russian version prevails.
Data
My e-mail address; photos and other files I upload, including ones showing me; prompts; generation results; transaction history; IP address and device details.
Purposes
Registering and running my account, performing generations, storing results, keeping track of credits and payments, contacting me about the Service.
Actions
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation.
Transfer to third parties
I consent to my data being transferred to those who run the Service: neural network model providers, payment services, the hosting provider and the e-mail delivery service — as far as needed for these purposes. I consent to the cross-border transfer of uploaded files and prompts to model providers located outside the Russian Federation to perform generations.
Term and withdrawal
This consent is valid until my account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. To withdraw it, send a request to the e-mail on the Contacts page. The Operator then stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days, except where the law requires it to be kept.
