Payment and Refunds

How payment works

Generations in limeshot are paid for with credits. The price of each generation in credits is shown before it starts — on the «Generate» button — and updates when you change settings (video length, quality, number of variants).

Credits are bought in packages. Current packages and prices in roubles are on the top-up page. After you register and confirm your e-mail, bonus credits are added to your balance.

Payment methods

Available methods are shown when you top up: bank cards and SBP through the payment service, Telegram Stars in the limeshot Telegram app, cryptocurrency. Card details are entered on the payment service's side — limeshot never receives them.

Credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed. If that hasn't happened within an hour, write to us (Contacts) with the payment number.

Credits back for a failed generation

If a generation fails for technical reasons, its credits return to your balance automatically — nothing to do. You can see it in the credit history in your profile.

Credits spent on a successful generation are not returned: the service has been provided, and a neural network's result cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Money back

You can get your money back for unused purchased credits. Write to the e-mail on the Contacts page with your account e-mail, the payment date and amount. We refund the value of unused credits, minus costs actually incurred, within 10 days by the same method used to pay. Bonus credits are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.
